There is a fairly - perhaps very? - obscure book on British jazz by a man called John Wickes. Its called 'Innovations in British Jazz, 1960-1980', pub Soundworld 1999 (I think it might be a self-publication by Wickes himself?). Anyway, I have a copy, and the cover claims that it 'Includes Free CD'. But obviously my copy includes no such thing.

Does anyone have the cd? Or even a tracklist, as there appears to be precisely zero info anywhere in the book about what was on it.
