Apologies for the NRR post.
Is anyone on here in the legal profession or has experience of appealing a parking fine?
A friend received a parking fine for overstaying at a motorway services, stupidly ignored all letters from the parking company and now has a solicitors letter threatening taking the matter to the county court.
They and I have read the excellent Money Saving Expert guide and forum but can't see what to do if someone hasn't appealed the charge and now has a solicitors letter.
