Wow! Where did this turn up? He was on the cusp of his thrash jazz period here so you can imagine how he mangles up Morricone. You may already be a Zorn fan and know what to expect, but this ain't easy listening. Check out Erotico, though. The only track I know that credits "sexy italian vocals". I'd actualy shortlisted it for my swap CD, might have to do a rethink now.

Thats a Zorn album on the avatar, incidentally.

Came from Selectadisc secondhand bins: find Zorn very hit and miss, but do like enough of what I've heard for the prospect of his takes on Morricone to be worth a cheap punt - but not listened yet...will definitely pay attention to Erotico, though!

I seem to be finding Cat Stevens in the last two months. I got Catch Bull At Four last month, Tea With The Tillerman and Greatest hits yesterday and now this one.
