Drop-out boogie

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but I fear I shall have to announce myself the first to drop out of the planned VV Xmas Swap.

Mainly this is down to the fact that I STILL don't possess any kind of CD burner, thus making the whole thing way more fraught than it should be, though I have to say, the prospect of burning SEVENTY CDs by the third week of next month is also pretty daunting, especially as I'm mad busy with work and writing and author tours and the like for the next couple of weeks!!!

Dang!!!!!!!!

Hugh - I can help you out If you want to pop round again.

I'm full time dad for 6 months so burning CD's is one of the few things I still can do whilst trying to stop my daughter traumatising the cat!

Or a Sunday, but not this coming one as I'll be in Poland!

Guess I shall now have to start thinking about what the hell to include as well!! Have been avoiding that thus far!!

When I was in school I was taught during English class that as a bloke you should never ever order a half pint in England because that's considered girlish...

Some of the local Hard Nuts hang out at the Pub at the bottom of my Road...for years they could be seen sitting outside quaffing pints of Stella or Kronie...now they all sit there with a class of Cider and Ice!!! Wouldn't dare point it out to them but it does look a bit poncey

Your teacher was right. Halves are for puffs. At my school it was common wisdom that all you have to do to sleep with Swedish girls is stand in front of them. All Swedes have mirrored ceilings so they can watch themselves having sex, and they hit each other with twigs in the sauna before running out to roll naked in the snow. Then they go back inside to have more sex.
