I want the GJE "Prophets Of Soul" album on Brunswick, but can't find one for sale. Reckon it would cost me that hundred bucks you have... but I can't find one online. Grrr.

I have a nice Japanese Lupin LP if you want to give me some dollars for it. . .

A few years ago I would have said this - now I actually believe that expensive records are worth it because you listen to them soooooo god damn much.

Buy something you wouldnt normally buy. GO for it dude.

Get a load of quality foreign records that would command insane prices if they were from the US or Uk- brazilian, new zealand and australia are my fave locations for this sort of thing at the moment

    Anyone else noticed this phenomenon?
"Not only that but the WHOLE COVER is UNCREASED with only 2 or 3 TINY creaselines near the opening edge about half way down!!!! In the same place (about half way down the opening edge), there is an absolutely TINY and PERFECTLY repaired split" (xxxrecords)

You're spot on there, amazes me what bargains you can get if you're willing to get a non UK or US press, all those collectors turn their noses up at them so that we can get bargains. Nice people aren't they

I think I'd actually like the "See Emily Play" 45.

I STILL say the US version of Piper BLOWS AWAY the UK version. What crap sequencing!

Buy the 45. And the other 45 with that picture sleeve. And save yourself a lot of money spent on a one-tracker. (As Craig suggested).

If you're into jazz maybe get a couple of nice OG Blue Notes. Those are pretty rare and expensive now.
