I use covers33.co.uk.

Good quality merchandise, very cheap, very efficient and (not that it helps you) free delivery within UK.

I don't know what their rates are for mainland Europe, but I doubt it would be too expensive.

second covers33. Super fast shipping and really quality product. Remember to buy stiffeners too. I put two in every overseas parcel and one for uk. I think I add a quid on for this but it looks more professional then crappy 3rd hand mailers.
