Petula Cark - I Couldn't Live Withouit Your Love (Pye) - beaty version of "Strangers In The Night" ,sounds like a northern soul classic.
Patti Austin - Havana Candy (CTI) - no LP cover but only 30p so no matter
Warren G - I Shot the Sheriff 12" - just a great version of a great Marley song.
Public Enemy - You Got Game 12"
Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five - On The Strength (Elektra)
Africa Bambaataa and Soul Sonic Force - Renegades Of Funk 12"
All from a rekkie shop in my home city run by DJ's and being the type of souls they are nver rip you off, hence cheap and in good condition ,if not better sometimes - nothing above a quid in this lot. They do have rarer stuff which you do pay more but at most still less than a twenty pound note.
