Default damaged in the post question

got a record in the post this morning, one i have wanted for a few years. i even made myself go over the normal £20 barrier up to £30! which to me is loads, anyway it arrioved this morning both bottom corners of the cover all bent in as the stiffners used were really thin and looked like they had been used before.
so my question is, what do i do?
complain? ask for some money back? if it had looked like that in a shop i wouldnt pay more than a tenner for it.

    Get the iron out!

Then wedge it tightly between a load of other records for 24 hours then see how it looks.

After you've asked for a partial refund of course.

I've had this happen to me recently - mint record sent in a poor mailer (oversize and very thin) and with the record inside the sleeve so not only were all the corners ****ed but the seams had split as the record moved around. Seller was broadly sympathetic and after about $20 worth of phone calls and some emailed pics of the tragic record has eventually offered $25 credit on a $50 record. I probably should have taken the insurance option.

i gave a partial refund not long ago as someone claimed the record wasnt as i described, did bother me to much i only paid 50p for it and sold it for £30 so i gave him a tenner back.

Full refuund if the record is crack. If you paid with paypal then make a complain with them. You are the one with the rights here.
