    Default Jerry Cole?

Jerry Cole was the session guitarist behind the Id Inner Sounds of the Id which led to the Animated Egg
He also played lead guitar on the Byrds Mr Tambourine Man and on Pet Sounds and was part of the Wrecking Crew together with Hal Blaine and Carlol Kay
So far I've tracked down Guitars A Go Go Vol 1 and Vol II both of which are fairly solid instrumental albums with a few fun moments
Does anyone know of anything else by him that's worth a punt?

Yes! He has an album on Custom called "By the Time I Get to Phoenix and Other Country-Pop Favorites" that is very very good. Some originals, great performances, melancholy and spare.... not what it looks like. Still very cheap, because nobody knows it's cool.

    Thanks for the tips guys
For some reason I've become totally intrigued by him
I think its the fact that he was involved in psych, folk rock, surf, country and R&B stuff but is fairly unknown
