Went to Frome yesterday.Raves from the Grave record shop had a few over priced bits but only thing I got
HAWKWIND - DOREMI- suprisingly only a tenner even though it had the poster inside.
Charity shops didnt have much. Couldnt buy a Quincy Jones as it was 'in the book' and had to be checked.Got UFOs third lp, Todd Rundgren from 74 and a Folk Heritage windmill comp, which I offered for free to John S,still havent had a reply.
In Bristol chazzers got.
ROXY MUSIC-FOR YOUR PLEASURE - best lp IMO.
BARBARA DICKSON - early stuff reissued, very patchy indeed
BOB DYLAN- JOHN WESLEY HARDING- mono copy, chuffed with this.
THE BOX TOPS-GREATEST HITS- american comp
DENNIS SINDREY-THE PILL- terrible Jamacian Calypso record, looked promising
THE FALL FRENZ LP- going slightly wrong in the 80s.
Car boot on Sat wasnt fab but thanks to John Pickford for giving me his crackly copy of which plays well on me turner.
ELECTRIC PRUNES - TOO MUCH TOO DREAM LAST NIGHT 7"
Got an invitation to go round an old ladies place after she her heard me asking about records in a chaz.Seemed a bit strange of her but she was friendly enough. Was hoping to strike gold, didnt but at least I got an Elvis 78 out of it.

"Choc Ice" is great. Should have bought a Lulu EP which had it when I saw it, but she just looked too rank on the cover.
In fact i've given up for definite. Saw one the other day and after my initial temptation just put it back because it will have been shit
