Both are accompanied by a rapid release of histamines in the body.

I recommend pepper.

My wife has a sneeze that is the sneezing equivalent of the donkey laugh.

The other day I woke up sneezing, and then sneezed all day. I thought I maybe had a cold, but then the next day, nothing. Fine again.

Very strange. I think maybe it something to do with the planets alignment or cows milk, or both.
