I probably won't make it but if anyone's in Madrid and likes Vainica Doble, there's an exhibition of art, photos, records etc to celebrate their 40th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of Carmen Santonja's death at the Costello Club on C/Caballero De Gracia 10.

The rest is a little bit easier to get, and the songs and lps have been reissued. I still need to hear Taquicardia. The 1997 comeback Carbono 14 was disowned by the group after the record company insisted on slicking up their sound.Vardy.....¡¡¡PELIGRO!!!

Thanks for the info... I'd guessed they were going to be pretty hard to get hold of (affordably or not). I'm regretting (a bit) not picking up the COLONIALES Y ULTRAMARINOS/ALAS DE ALGODON 7" for €30 but seeing as both tracks are on the lp I guess I'll survive.

No problem, Shaun. I was annoyed because I really wanted to see it but I came to Madrid on Sunday so I couldn´t have seen it anyway. Oh well, I think I will pass on the tinned artist's shit. Somehow it doesn´t sound so appealing¡A tope con la vida!
