Another one I have never heard of. Have you found any records you were after through the site?

And even if someone had them, the chances of them seeing, and clicking on a thread entitled 'Wanted: Import LP' are pretty slim.
"Not only that but the WHOLE COVER is UNCREASED with only 2 or 3 TINY creaselines near the opening edge about half way down!!!! In the same place (about half way down the opening edge), there is an absolutely TINY and PERFECTLY repaired split" (xxxrecords)

Yes it's a hit or miss. A person who I know will attend the Utrecht Record Fair in November he might find a copy.

Try asking Karl or Lars at Recordmania.net. Not a bad place to start for Swedish records...

Only saw this by accident but I might be able to help... with information only - nothing else, sorry.

Are you sure the sleeve is red??

Because there is a Swedish private press from 1977 (recorded in 1976) where the title is Rebecca - but the artists are: Lars Lundberg & Mats Loden.
    Could it be that one?
Good luck if so - it was only pressed in 200 copies. I think your best bet is to contact some of the heaviest collectors/dealers of progressive music and be prepared to shell out lots of money. I would start by contacting the guy behind www.mellotronen.com as he is a heavy prog/psych collector/dealer who also has contact with other heavy players. Interestingly enough as I googled for a pic of the album I came up with:

Being the avatar to someone at a facebook page dedicated to remastering the old album, maybe the artists themselves can be contacted and offered a substantial amount for an OG? Or just wait for the CD (or maybe even vinyl) remastered reissue that appears to be on its way??

Please note how much work I put into this if it should indeed be a band called Rebecca with a red sleeve that has nothing to do with Mats&Lars... ahw hell can't sleep tonight anyway....

Also - to add some confusions: on that facebook page they refer to Rebecca as the band name???

I know about the cd reissue of Lars Lundberg & Mats Loden. I've been told by 3 reputable dealers that an lp of Rebecca (Red Cover) does exist, they all had copies and sold them. I passed on Rebecca LP (Red Cover) not my cup of tea from feedback by a record seller who had a copy at 1 time.
