Library question

G'day all, I came across a bunch of libraries for sale including a bunch I have never heard of. I suspect they are all American library labels. Does anyone know anything about the following labels, or can recomend any titles?

Cbs E-z Cue
Emil Ascher
Josef Weinberger
Major/valentino
Manhattan
Robert Hall

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

if i'm not mistaken Emil Ascher are music publishers for KPM. I've got a few KPM libraries that have the Emil Ascher logo affixed on the cover. don't know about the rest though.

there are original lps released by Emil Ascher - some quite good, the early numbers.

as for the other labels - lots of great stuff -

I've had a few LP's on Manhatten which were not very good. (That's me being polite.. actually they really sucked.)

Major / Valentino can be alright but can become very annoying because they didn't seem to title their LP's. You can only go by catalogue numbers. The same goes for Robert Hall. No titles, but worth a listen if you can find one for a decent price.
