Perhaps we can all chip in a little at a time

"(Insert band name here) began as a vision of ex Fukpig's bass player eric (Paul) to write songs which allow for full emotional attachment by the listener, songs that bring people together, songs that make you say out loud "Hallelujah!"

next up GK or BC, we'll have this finished by tea

Attention!!! I know this is a very expensive Price for the record. This i one of my most beloved Records, so my primary intention isn't the selling. I like it in my collection. I only will sell it, if someone wants it that much, that he is willing to pay that much money. Therefore the unrealistic price. Please don't tell me about it. I don't want to cheat ,I don't force someone into buying it, I don't want to drive up the price. Thanks for understanding

Why not put what you've got up, Eric, and we can have a nibble at it online?

"Kroh have songs about Satan Worship, Murder, Madness and Death.

    Sometimes catchy"

Any Bio with these lines must be complete.

The only obvious thing I could see is you don't need 2 Pauls in this sentence:

A full album was recorded in between April and August 2011 by Paul at his own studio and will be released on Paul’s new label Devizes Records

    Try:
A full album was recorded in between April and August 2011 by Paul at his own studio and will be released on his new label Devizes Records

Also - since you quote all the Paul bands, maybe you should add something to Francis as well. The bio on Paul is 3 times the length of Francices. So... maybe just try to balance it out unless you want to make the impression Paul is the mastermind and Francis is just a hired hand. Depends on wether you want it to look more equal or not, of course which isn't obvious from the text.

    Agree with this.

    How about:

Kroh was formed by Paul Kenney and Francis Anthony in 2011.

Paul is well known in the (insert genre) scene, having contributed to bands as diverse as Mistress, Anaal Nathrakh, and Fukpig, amongst others.
Francis has been playing around the midlands area in various bands since the 90’s, improving his writing and vocal skills and recording music in different styles and genres.
After knowing each other for years and sharing a common musical vision, Paul and Francis formed Kroh.
    Kroh etc etc

Here's my go at it (including deliberate mistake) but, tbh, Eric, you seem to be getting there.

    Kroh
    sxxxptxwxx@hxxxxxx.com
    www.facebook.com/XkrohX
    www.ds.bigcartel.com
    http://www.reverbnation.com/kroh

Kroh are a new rock band, featuring Paul Kenney on instruments and Francis Anthony on vocals.

Kenney played and wrote for Mistress for 10 years, before playing live bass for Anaal Nathrakh and writing and recording three Fukpig albums and a raft of other releases, including the well received Frost EP on Southern Lord, and an orchestral only album called Dxxxxxx due to be released on Sxxxx of Sxxxxx in late 2011.

Francis Anthony has been playing around the Midlands area in various bands since the nineties. A truly versatile writer and performer, he has a huge amount of experience across any number of different styles and genres and, when Kenney decided he needed a singer rather than a screamer, he turned to his old friend Anthony as the obvious choice and Kroh were formed.

Kroh combine classic 70’s rock with grunge, a hint of Black Metal, a pinch of Acid Folk and a heavy dose of Rise Above style Doom. Musical reference points are Portishead, Adam and the Ants, Electric Wizard, Kyuss and Queens Of The Stone Age, inflected with the uneasy feeling of deep seated childhood trauma and disturbing echoes of BBC ghost stories and creepy public information films.

Kroh have songs about satanic ritual, murder, madness, death and badgers: sometimes melodic, occasionally catchy, often weird, ALWAYS heavy.

A full album was recorded in between April and August 2011 by Paul at his own studio and will be released on new label Devizes Records.

The album comes on ultra limited 200 hand numbered clear purple virgin vinyl with free audio CD and four exclusive art cards, to be followed by a digital download available via Bandcamp.

    Only available through www.ds.bigcartel.com.

    The release date is 11-11-11.

    Track listing
    Side A
    01 The Plant we Seeded
    02 Heaving Earth
    03 Stone Into Flesh
    04 These Butterflies
    05 Luciphoria
    06 Inside
07 How I Wish That I Could Know
    08 Fruits And Wine

Devizes records was formed by Paul Kenney in 2011 with a simple aim: to release quality music on high quality virgin vinyl. The Kroh album will be the label’s first release.

Mistress, Anaal Nathrakh,Fukpig, Dxxxxxx out on Sxxxx of Sxxxxx, Frost: For more than five bitter winters Paul Kenney has hacked out a fearsome and blood-spattered trail of sonic carnage for himself with his bass guitar.

Now, while pausing to wipe gobbets of brain matter from his weapon, he espies a fellow warrior by the wayside. A gnarled, gore-tempered veteran who will join him on the path to the court of Sol Invictus. Their tactic? Siren songs to lure the unsuspecting to their shattering doom.

On their quest they will invoke the spiritual aid of the proud warriors of the Ant Nation, graybeard Hauntologists, Portishead etc etc.

Kroh: Passionate about Satan Worship, Murder, Madness and Death

    Not passionate about jazz.

    It's almost there now.

    Genius.

    70s not 70's

    How about...

Kroh take on the 70s rock pantheon with grunge, a hint of Black Metal, a pinch of Acid Folk and a heavy dose of Rise Above style Doom.

Minor minor point, but I would drop the term 'virgin vinyl' - does it actually mean anything? Hasn't vinyl all been virgin for about 30 years?

I thought this thread was going to be a question about biology

Joking apart, readying through I've noticed two small things - there is a full stop after Ants which I assume isn't supposed to be there

And don't you meant that the album was recorded by Paul and Francis between April and August?

I'm also not sure what you mean about the 70s rock pantheon with grunge etc. Does it make more sense if you leave out the word 'with'?

Hope that helps in some small way
