Uploading pics

Best way is to load pics to photobucket/ flickr etc and paste the image link from there using the little "mountain" icon you see directly above the edit box when you're typing.

Photos, mixes, etc all have hosting sites designed and scaled (in terms of server space, up/download bandwidth, etc) for those tasks.

Oh, and we're just lazy and cheap, so it's better all round for us if content is hosted elsewhere!
