Default June Trades - For a Limited Period Only!

Just thought I would post these up for a few days as I'll be heading to market at the weekend, taking with me anything that hasn't had any interest round these parts.

No idea what I'm looking for in exchange - whaddya got?

Obviously, I'm flexible on the trading ratio - it doesn't necessarily have to be 1:1, whatever seems fair for both parties.

I'll do my best to respond to all PMs as quickly as they deserve.

    Shevchenko - fucking mint!

    GONE:

    1 x Neil Ardley
    Wild Magnolias
    John Keating
    Weldon Irvine
    Original Tropicana Steel Band
    Lee Dorsey
    Blur

Everything else still up for grabs......

    That's the G-Stringers.

Collegiate folky vocal group, mainly with acoustic guitar accompaniment. One or two tracks with percussion. Not quite Votel-esque, but someone will probably find it 'ethereal' in parts. Bit too twee for me. Check out my sales technique!

I wondered that too Craig - looks like they're called the G-Strings so I did a search on Google with interesting results - no records came up the search for 'G-Strings Vinyl' was even worse!!!

I've had this (Ben's copy may be the same one I owned before the Great 2010/12 Clearout reduced my vinyl holdings to about 400 LPs and 2 boxes of 45s, in fact): it's not bad - a bit softer-edged than anything you'd want to call psych-folk but has a couple of decent originals and a handful of nice covers of tracks by Jefferson Airplane and the like. I think they're basically a bunch of Vassar College girls, so it's a sort of folky/coffee house US school band LP. It's a very pleasant listen if that sort of thing's your bag.

I'd be interested in Noir if you're happy to post to Europe.

Due to going to a record fair yesterday, rather than schlepping my wares to market, everything is still up for grabs.

Have had a lot of interest in Noir, but still awaiting the ideal trade.

Feel free to PM me if still interested in any of the items.

When I've had chance to go through the stuff I got yesterday, I may be able to add more to this trades list.

    Raining. Again.
