    Question Incredible dull hotmail question?

I got a dodgy spam email last night and think my account has been hacked, my MSN keeps logging me out saying I'm signed in at a location. How do you report and rectify such issues?

Sorry for yet another lame question!

Don't hold your breath. Something similar happened to me a little while ago and trying to sort it out through Microsoft/MSN was like living in a Kafka story. I just gave up in the end.

Thanks man, think I'll save myself the hassle and not bother!

MSN is still signing me out and saying I'm signed in at another location!

    Try Here .
When they will probably ask you to put in a phone number, remember to take off the 0 at the start. (as you will be selecting UK +44)
This is just an automated text they send to you with a 4 or 5 digit number to put into their website btw..

    Read here for more info

    Good luck amigo.

I forwarded the email on to them like it tells you to in the link, heard nothing back though! I tried the first link and to do that you need another email account which I ain't got, so I rang up the free customer support line and got nowhere!

Ive still got the issues with MSN logging me out and saying I'm logged in at another location!

Dude, just set up another free email account. A Yahoo one would do. It's just to have a line of communication.
I went through all this about a month ago when my dad's hotmail account was hacked. The only thing that drove me mad was the phone number issue. They just don't make it clear at all that you have to drop the 0 at the start.

Just one thing that link says it's to recover an accouunt, I can still use mine just don't know how safe it is, what with the 'Your signed in at another location' messages!
