    Default Hoverbollox

I think this is quite obviously a load of balls.

But my workmates are fully convinced.

Do you think it's real? Or is it balls?

He's the guy that invented the water powered hover ting. It's on the Guinness website. It's over 60 years since the flying bedstead. Self stabilizing RC helicopters that fit in your hand cost £12, cheaper for the contra rotators.

    It's likely a goer.

The Guinness woman is an actress.
There are no other videos of it on YT.
Take off and landing are suspiciously smooth.
I doubt such an attempt would be permitted to take place in a crowded marina.
    It just looks weird.

The Guinness woman is an actress but it seems she does also work for Guinness as a world record adjudicator.

I vote for bollox purely based on the speed the boats following him race into the marina - it just wouldn't be allowed.

You weren't the only one to cry foul btw.

Ok, I’ll admit it, I too was on the hoax bandwagon when I first saw Zapata Racing’s Flyboard Air hoverboard. When the company released their first video speculation on its authenticity went rampant with some accusing the French company of pulling off a hoax- was the pilot suspended by wires or was the video edited to make him appear to be airborne? Turns out, it wasn’t hoaxed, the Flyboard Air is real
