Amazon have Adam Scovell's 'Folk Horror. Hours Dreadful And Things Strange' book up for pre order. He says he hopes he's balanced academic detail with readability. He looks at what he calls the 'Unholy trinity of films, 'Witchfinder General' 'Blood On Satan's Claw', and 'The Wickerman', Television, Hauntology- a lot of stuff that should appeal to certayne plussers I reckon. Not out until April, though.

PS don't order the hardback- oh go on then, but only if you have 67 burning a hole in your pocket.
