I work for a German company and it appears to be in their nature to not keep you updated on the progress of things. It seems they communicate only when something is about to happen or they want something (usually tomorrow). So when something is ongoing it can get pretty frustrating - no communication means nothing's happening or....?Comment

I can only think it was not as straightforward as we were lead to believe. I was under the impression that we'd send them the money and The V Bulletin people would just press a button and, hey presto, we'd be on the latest version. As for Alan buying Jazz records with the money I don't think he'd get many with what we've sent in, but it was only going to cost £150 or so?
