Just finished listening to both Mr. Bongo versions; the new half speed mastered reissue sounds better to my ears. It's more expensive but if you like the record a lot I think it's the one to buy.

I have a very rudimentary stereo set up, but the half speed master sounds pretty god damn clear and fine on it -

My copy of Interstellar Overdrive arrived today, thanks Treeboy for the persuasive review! It's great and your description does it justice, even for those like me who are a bit less familiar with the original. There seem to be a few online for reasonable prices now too so if anyone's still on the fence now is a good time to act.

The late arrivals. I'm not sure many in the UK got these in time? It made for a more leisurely pick up anyway

my local just put on facebook that they just received more RSD stock. Late, they also received some last week.

I suppose all shops are like this.

Actually French now that I look at it. Fabio and his mate Armando. Thanks to PaulH in Reading for his help here. Especially since he wanted the library.

Got those at the Book and Record Bar in Norwood, though there's a good few for sale on Discogs now.
