Update for April is up and running. Cheers to everyone who got their charts in on time ( Sermad !! ) and a special big thanks to The E Man for a crackin' article.

couple of nice new features as well,
look forward to some good reading...
just digesting it all now mate. very nice.
The review section is especially nice ;)
What ho chaps
The London diggin' guide is a belter, plain and simple. I've lived here 10 years and, until today, to my shame, had never heard of Golden Grooves, by Bunhill Fields. Top call. My Saturday is sorted. Gawd bless you, one and all.
I had planned to get a chart done for this month but much like my attempt to hook up with Matt Hero at the weekend life conspired against me. Still I finally have a day off work, a big bag of White Widow, recent finds that I still haven't listened to, a new track coming long nicely in my MPC, Dairy Milk, Kettle Chips and the delightful tang of Fanta Fruit Twist.![]()
Nice update btw. A bunch of the pictures in the charts (mostly Sermad's) aren't working though.
In sies defence he was up very late doing the site - I know because I sent my stuff to him at the 11:59th hour (literally). So he deserves a rest!
You can check my chart at -

Well spotted Blighty....
The reason some of the pictures aren't showing is due to late submission of charts. I mean, I was still receiving email attachments at 11pm last night... I am still waiting for some of the pictures to arrive this morning...
It's a shame because we get a great deal of enjoyment out of having a new update for all the V V 's to enjoy each month and a great deal of pride goes into thinking about articles (2 new articles each month for over 24 months now, apart from one month off in Jan 2003 !)and preparing the pages for all to enjoy. Having to rush at the end of each month and harrass people for words and jpegs does rather take the enjoyment out of it...
... we're gonna have to get stricter about this and request charts at least 3 days before the end of the month ...
Great update guys, very cool article e-man, golden grooves was new to me as well
Also what about Crazy Beat up Upminster way (i guess its kinda borderline london/not london).
Sermad, you lucky on that Dutch Rhythm Steel & Show, i've wanted that for ages (before Shadow played it on GP) got into some silly e-bay war before crying and giving up at 60 quid odd(are they knocking about in in Holland ?) Â
Heavyweight update! Lots to get stuck into
And cheers for the glowing S&H review - no bribes were involved, honest!
Hope I'm not being too crass drawing attention to it, but . . . If anyone fancies trading something ( anything! ) for the 10", email away . . .
Another great update. Haven't finished reading the reviews yet, but there's some good stuff as usual.

i've never turned one up digging at booters , and i'm out every
weekend , although i might have just been unlucky.
as jammin says the dutch steel show lp is pretty rare.
If the gods are smiling then I might pick another up this weekend ;)
Great update guys!!! i'm still getting through most of it but just noticed the piece on Merit Hemmingson - very funny as I bought copies of "Huuva" and "Trollskog" from a dealer in Sweden who had recommended them. I'm now very excited to hear!
