    Question Channel 69 on NTL - 24 hr TV for under 3 year olds

    firstly, who on earth lets their under three year old off-spring watch TV around the clock?

    secondly, what idiot thought it would be a good idea to provide a dedicated under three year olds TV channel? 24 hours a day?

    thirdly, am I the only person who finds it strangely compulsive viewing at 1.00am?

    I suspect the handiwork of dark forces...

    Fourthly - doesn't Channel 69 sound like something for people older than, well at least 3-year olds...

    Other than that I have no idea what you're talking about.

    I put it on the other morning whilst changing my babies nappy, fuking strange times indeed, it's like the Brainchild of Grace Slick and Tiny Tim, with Warhol, Wilson and Spector producing it, weird and worrying
