Agree that NOT knowing what lyrics are can protect aganst the crapness of many lyrics: Os Mutantes' 'Tecnicolor' Lp, with the classic gear translated to English, loses much of the brilliance/mystery of the Portugeuse versions... But I wish Caetano Veloso's stuff came with translations on the sleeves, at least: whenever I've seen him singing with subtitles, it goes lots deeper than just hearing him does -
