    Exclamation Byker Groove - Two - May 2006

    BYKER GROOVE TWO

    Saturday 27th May 2006, 6.00pm - 1.00am

    The Tanners, Byker Bridge, Newcastle

    I have just heard from Mr Sayers that he has booked the decks at The Tanners on the Bank Holiday Saturday and would like to invite you all to join him and the rest of "The Breakdown" crew for another evening of Vulture-style record shenanigans.

    The invite is open to all and will feature 14 half hour "spin some tunes" sets.

    The event is free, just bring money for pints and records to play and trade!

    If you would like to have a spin slot, please can you post up here and we'll add your name to the list. Preference will be given to those people who have travelled furthest to attend, if more than 14 names are put forward.

    Hopefully, our Geordie hosts will be getting together a sister event on the Friday or Sunday (at which the locals rock the decks) for those hardcore enough to make a weekend of it!

    I promise to not see "Revenge of the Shit" at the start of the weekend this time. Put me in a right bad mood last time. And I won't even mention Northern Soul all weekend, ok Col and Hayden?
