Colin Hero (with minimal help from myself) has this fine and funky mix on Back to the Basics this Friday - a smashing blend of hip hop, funk, easy and bagpipes.

    Details can be found at:

    http://www.vinylizer.net

I'll post up a tracklisting later if anyone's interested.

that's a blinding track, more beaty than the original. some of those Geoff Love LPs are better than the originals for pace and energy. good to see it get an airing!

Cheers for all the props guys but the kudos should all go to Mr Colin Hero. He's also the man who will be able to tell you where to get Helicopter Girl - Escape Cloud (Nextmen Remix Instrumental) [white label] - that was one of his!

I got sent a promotional copy a few years agos via Zzonked and as far as I can recall the press release stated that it was never going to get a proper commercial release. The white label has the name 'HG' on the label if you want to check the web for any copies that might be floating about but I was told that it was actually a Helicopter Girl track when I djed with the Nextmen a while back. The vocal version on the other side is very nice as well.
