  • MindFuzz Dublin 9th May -Thomas House

Summer Tyme's Here Kiddies and it’s time to take the trip back to MindFuzz. Back to Dublin's onliest and bestest psychedelic freakbeat freakout. A fine venue at the best of times last October MindFuzz transformed The Thomas House into a psychedelic den of swirling lights, fuzz guitars and overloaded Hammond organs.

We are back with another one off night of 60s psychedelia, garage and Freakbeat. All from original sixties vinyl in the basement of The Thomas House on the 9th of May from 9pm to 2.30pm. Admission €5.

Top of the bill we have Mr. Pete Feely, lead singer from Derby’s Silver Factory and designer and manager of The Perfumed Garden line of late 60s inspired psychedelic kaftans, beagle shirts and floral gubbins. Given his attention to period detail he also has one of the foremost collections of rare 60s vinyl 45s.

From our friends Dr Crippens Waiting Room in Belfast we have Paddy Dreadful drummer with Thee Penny Dreadfuls and a man who surely knows how to make the dancefloor move.

Your host is Mark MindFuzz who has played at some of the 60s scenes best clubs across Europe with popular garage and heavy psych grooves. His home town partner, Dublin's own Terry Darklands will play mod dance pounders and wyld freakbeat, an old hand on the Dublin scene from club nights like Darklands and shops like the much lamented Comet Records.
