Dull techie question....I know, I know

Google Chrome does my head in, every time I go on Youtube I've got to sign in and then change my user name, as it keep logging me out for what ever reason. It's got this 'One account for all of google' bollocks, it drives me mad, as I have different user names, different sites.

I'm on a Mac, what's a good alternative to google chrome?
