As a United fan of 30+ years, I can happily say that it would please me no end to have Leeds back in the Prem where they belong. It would be great if they could complete the recovery from the damage done by the amateurish wrecking ball that was Ridsdale and the self-aggrandising predatory instincts of Ken Bates.
With the Italian takeover, I'd get money on Leeds to welcome in someone like Di Matteo as manager before the end of the season. If they get the finances right, then their ground size, traditional support, one-club city, catchment area etc mean that Leeds are a goldmine and a future powerhouse.
I'd gladly take the return of Leeds and either Sheffield club back to the Prem in exchange for whichever cockney chancers Redknapp is steering towards bankruptcy at such time as Leeds are ready to come back. West Ham would be my next choice to disappear (with the porn barons and their Tory harpy Brady waved a fond "fuck off") -too many mediocre London clubs and not enough of the elder statesmen I reckon.
Anyway, I hope all supporters enjoy their season and that Chelsea win fuck all.
FWIW My tips for Prem champions are Arsenal, with City (2nd), United (3rd) and Chelsea (4th - Mourinho sacked at some point) completing the Top Four. Spurs for the Cup (the year has a one in it and it's the only way they'll get back into Europe. Relegation = Burnley, QPR and Swansea. Coming up = Cardiff (managed by Tony Pulis), Derby County and Forest (in the play-offs).

The East Midlands shall rise.....................
Not sure if you saw your team play football last season but it's going to be three years before champions league football is back at old Trafford. Van gaal might be a good manager but he's taking knives into a gun fight.
I know your game Lionel! I can see what you really are!

Not that I'm a Chelsea fan but I did go and see the friendly with Real Sociadad the other night. Bloody Da Costa 2 goals within as many minutes. 36 million well spent?
Fleas the size of rats suck on a rat the size of a cat....
Not As Great As His Very Best, But Pretty Much As Great As Most Anyone Else's.
If you're looking for a pristine copy then this isn't the one for you. The vinyl looks like someone has polished their brickwork with it and the label has been ruined by some fool with a pen.
Anyone see the England squad? Spudface Rooney as captain, Jack Colback and no right back!! With a record low crowd expected, the FA can't be pleased at Roy's choices, surely?
