    Quite enjoyable. Haven't listened to his music for a while but anyone who Burt Bacharach is prepared to compose with can't be all bad.

    Thanks - will give that a listen. Massive Costello fan here - my late teenage years were hugely invested in the first three Costello albums and saw him live with the Attractions three or four times. I like the way his career has swung everywhere from fiery new wave personal agitprop to country, to classical dabbling to singer songwriter angst and lots of interesting collaborations.
    Would be interested to know if anyone has managed to land a copy of My Aim Is True with the 'let's hype Elvis' marketing leaflet in it ...

      No, never had one of those, but I bought my copy in probably 1978 from an army surplus shop that had a big pile of US army promo only copies for about a quid each. Don't know where that one went ...
