Any interest in The Ramones about these parts? I ask because Endless Column have just put out a new LP which has a feel of The Ramones about it. This is one of the less Ramonsey sounding tracks but it's the one I'm digging this morning.

Shipping the first week in May this release from our very own Sie Norfolk's label is a thing of beauty

Maybe its downbeat with depressing themes and technically imperfect vocals but it is an excellent example of a downbeat mix with depressing themes and technically imperfect vocals

A heathen, conceivably, but not, I hope, an unenlightened one

Susan James has got very popular all of a sudden. She fell on deaf ears when Bongolia posted it in last months new release thread.

I predict that Placebo LP, which has been mentioned by J.R, and then G.L.C, will be picking up plaudits within a couple of weeks.

Dynamite Cuts have just released some very pleasing 2 x 7" issues of classic Roy Budd OSTs. Great to have the best cuts from 'Diamonds' in the diminutive format - wish he'd issued 'Foxbat' and 'The Final Option' as well. He's also just put out a 2 x 7" set from the 'Coffy' soundtrack, which I think is the first release of the theme on 45?

                  1. Diamonds 45s collection
                    Roy Budd

                  2. Get Carter
                    Roy Budd

                  3. The Black Windmill 45s collection
                    Roy Budd

                  4. The Internecine Project (NO DIGITAL)
                    Roy Budd

                  5. The Stone Killers
                    Roy Budd

This one doesn't appear to have the actual theme song on it which seems a bit strange
