      The vinyl sounds great honestly. Wasn't really mastered differently but has a bit more punch/bottom than the CD version. I'm very happy the way it turned out ...

        Actually I meant, compared to the black vinyl version, how much extra noise is there on the splatter version. Just curious. It's often a bit of a trade off between something that looks great, but has a little less fidelity.

          Oh, ok

          No, can't say there's a difference in quality. I think it's a problem mostly arising with pic discs rather than coloured vinyl?

            Yes, the process is totally different. I've had a few picture discs in the past with very dodgy sound. They often look very nice though ...
