More of a party hat. Guess the photographer didn't have any Santa Hats at the time. Richard Attenborough did the LP review page featuring Sinatra, Judy Garland , The Shadows and The Chipmunks a Go Go. Serious rock and roll there! There is a full page picture of the Beatles showing off their OBE's

Is he wearing a Santa hat? The Seekers don't appear to have bothered with the festive vibe much.
