A tenner for a keyboard, whats the catch?

Saw this Nuova Ruaro electric keyboard today for a tenner.
Fully functional, and only a tenner - why? What am I missing?
Is it in fact a toy?
Sounds like a harmonium.

These are great! Does it have a fan that powers up when you switch it on? Probably considered a toy in the day, but with some modification (jack output) or careful microphone placement could record really well.
