    Yes, they've released some totally brilliant records. Don't think there are many jazzers on here now. You do have to like British jazz, of course. What I like is a lot of it is live.

      Jazz fan here
      It's only really in recent years that I've educated myself on the rich vein of Brit jazz from the 'golden era' of the 50s/60s and invested in some quality originals: Don Rendell, Tubby Hayes, Eddie Thompson, Tony Kinsey, Victor Feldman, Ronnie Scott, Ronnie Ross, Joe Harriott and the rest, plus a fair number of reissues.
      Got quite fond of the classic 4-track EP, which are mostly in good nick and not too pricey.
      What do people think of the Jasmine reissues compared to the original pressings? Sound reasonable to me, and of course cheap and available, compared to hard to find and eye-wateringly expensive ...
