    When I go out eastbourne way I got to uppper & lower dicker. There are 3 booters on one looooong country rd there.

    Thanks for the info guys. I was hoping, what with Eastbourne being a retirement town and all, that there might be a load of old jazzers waiting to shuffle off this mortal coil and leave their collections to the charities down there.

    Does this make me a bad person?

    Ed, I was brought up in Eastbourne and still go back from time to time. There are no 2nd hand record shops there anymore (used to be a couple&#33 but around 15 charities. To be honest though I've never found anything that great in them.

    Grammar School in Rye is probably about the best in that area. Great for soundtracks (they have a mail order service called Backtracks or something), though not so great for funky soundtracks. Run by eccentric tweedy old blokes.

    anyone recommend good 2nd hand places on the South East coast, around Hastings area or further in? Tonbridge, Crowbridge etc. thanks in advance.
