    So there are rumors of a premiere issue soundtrack (as stated in one of the soundtrack collectors guides) and a promo 45 from the movie (not the flexi-ep that was issued with downbeat magazine)

    If this is true, this has to be the ultimate rare blaxploitation piece ..

    The take from the flexi EP is the same track issued on the soul comp, it's a bad mix with the rhodes recorded way in
    on the red ..

    Maybe someone should ask Hanock if he remembers anything, or ask Ian O'Brien & Kirk Degiorgio as they made contact with Hancock asking for rights concerning the ."The Soul of Science" comp.

      There is only one track on the soul of science comp. And it's the flexi take. Could these two track be from the mysterious only promo withdrawn 45. This is getting mysteriousss .. I'll post the theme later on ..

        The flexi advert "Herbie Hancock demonstrates the Rhodes sound" -> .. Spook who sat by the door theme .. the one issued on the soul of science comp.
