Yeah, got it a couple of weeks ago.... actually the most readable one for a while, kept me entertained on the 'plane to Scotland and back.

The copy with Roy Ayers on the cover? You received your SUBSCRIPTION a few weeks ago? Or did you get it from DGA? You are in the UK, right?
I am getting really annoyed that even here in the US, I still don't have my subscribed copy though DGA has been selling it for weeks...

Yup, in the UK on subscription and that issue all right. For some reason I generally seem to get mine really early.

Which makes up for the time it didn't turn up at all, and they *Fed-Ex ed* me a replacement

One came yesterday (GS). HF&S ad mucked up, probably my fault, but I figured someone would've realised before going to print... Oh well.

Quite a quick read. Best article by far is the L.A. Carnival piece from Egon.

Well I'm reserving judgement 'til later but that's been my problem with previous issues - the 'Daddy used to be a hefty read (and not because it was such hard work, like another publication). And don't even go near the proofing...

The Wax Poetics with Roy Ayers on the cover was OK. The new issue however is the best in a long time. Eddie Bo, etc. I actually read most of the articles unlike the last couple issues which I mostly skimmed through.
