But you're not too keen on 'Sunny' then.

Woah.. I never knew Rivers of Babylon was about Crystal Peaks..

If you don't like the Ronson sample then I guess there's not a lot of point.

I recommend all the new stuff by Black Grass (LP forthcoming) - very funky hip hop and beats for dancefloor shape-throwin' action.

Yeah man. Mex is a friend from back in my Brighton dayz. I heard there was a sampler for the lp that has an extra track.

The exclusive is a remix by Only Child, which is pretty good.. but it's 'Dead Leg' that gets me frothing at the mouth. Awesome, filthy funk beats!

I'm with you on this one, Vibra. The Mark Ronson sounds a bit lame, really. I think they could've spent a few more hours running the acappellas over the top before settling for that one...

These boys are guys I know so I can't knock on it too hard. I have to say tho the pushin on doesnt sound in the right key. From that mp3 anyways. When I get my copy I'll see what its like.

The Pushin On track isn't working for me at all. Third one isn't too hot either, but I like the Nas remix - that sounds proper party hip hop - anyone have this yet? I wanna know if the Nas track is kicking the bass or not...

Yeah the Nas track has plenty bass and has really grown on me - especially as I thought the Nas version was pretty bangin to start with (well, I'm a sucka for a JB sample)

Also loving the Black Grass LP sampler - all 4 tracks are killer, so look for a copy at your nearest MVE

On the new tunes tip ... The Linus Loves EP on disfunctional could easily be this spring's Max Sedgely ....
