Hot, Funky & Sweaty Thurs Feb 19 – Little Barrie live

LondonÂ’s tightest 3-piece, with a very funky blues/rock Small Faces kind of sound, makes a welcome return to HF&S. Little Barrie has been getting lots of label attention of late and with a new single coming out late spring, expect even more fuss. Their dedicated crowd means early doors is a must.

Our guest DJs for the evening will be VV's very own Matt Hero & Rich Hero. Plenty of caped crusader action on the decks then...

Salmon & Compasses, 58 Penton St, Angel, London N1.
    Every 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month, 8pm-2am. £2

Yep, been sorting out rekkids and I'm raring to go.

Just haven't found a cape yet (was hoping to go for the Mexican wrestler steez...).
You freeking scientologists are all the same, quible, dribble and then demand ice creams. Ohhhhhhhhhhh.

Yeah, you both should have ones with 7 sewn onto them. Right on the forehead. I'll shove the decks forward enough so you guys can perform a few reversed flying axe piledrivers between mixes... "The Incredible Hero Brothers"

There are photographs out there with Rich complete with a '7' cut into his hair. Then he remembered he wasn't in 5ive-esque boy band and had it cut out.

Capes are for losers anyway, Kwik Kick Lee didn't need a cape.

I'll bring the 'Cream Cheese And Chive' if you bring the 'Paprika'.

...Anyway, it was more like an upside down L (that's what happens when you let Manzo losse with the clippers   ).

Damn, where're the capes when you need them?

Half nelson at the changeover Matt?

Oh, and I'm ditching the POZ, Battered Ornaments, Titanic and all the funky rock out of my bag to play non-stop John Schroeder, seeing as that's what the kids appear to want these days.
