• Another library record question

Does anybody know where you can find cheap library records on the internet?

Thanks

Maybe there are online sellers out there but I dont see any (possibly because I dont actually look anymore).

Well I just did and here is what I found. (PS chris and sie delete this links if they cause offence!)

http://www.haggle.freeserve.co.uk/misc_web.htm

http://www.geocities.com/funky-beatz/records.html

http://www.swingingpig.co.uk/ <-- the guy had a reggae for real!! I bet he sold it for a tenner. doh!

There was one other page I used to look at. It was black site with yellow text. It was reasonable on some things.

When you say cheap you mean like a fiver each? For a lot of the 80's stuff I think you could get this. Ebay seems always to be a good place to get libs. Prices are rock bottom if you ask me - Ive had numerous bargains in the past few weeks.

The swinging pig is just round the corner from me. They are some of the most miserable bitches going. Definitely from the "That's the price in Record Collector" whilst being unable to distinguish between mint condition and battered. I know that this means that there's probably some good pickings to be had from their adherence to the book, but I can't be arsed to deal with them.

Don't call it a comeback... H, N, and the number 7.
Ok, it's a bit of a comeback, I suppose...

hey serm
I asked that swinging pig bloke a few months ago about the 'reggae for real' - it went a loooong time ago (why these peple don't update their sites after, say, a year or two I really don't know!). I wouldn't be convinced about the listing for Haggle either, a lot of that ain't there any more...
We know when a mate buys it for you too.
