Been trying to ID this track for a while so I should have asked long ago... It's on Kon And Amir 4, between 'You're The Fool' by the Three Degrees and 'A Funky Song' by Ripple is a track that's sung by James Brown (sure sounds like it). And the lyrics are something like...

"Where's The love... Tell me where's the love?/
If the truth can't succeed then we're lost/

That sink by the dock of the bay/

Or something like that. Anyone got a clue?
