    LIBRARY - any orchestral LP from the 70s, even if it's on MFP.

    BARBARA MOORE - any LP with a woman going 'ba ba ba' on it, however briefly.

    And to be honest, any mention of Placebo just makes me think of the transvestite 90s rockers led by Brian 'No, really, I'm not going bald at all' Molko. Urgh.

    = LP has a few shreds of cellophane hanging off one corner

    RARE!
    = come on, there's got to be someone out there who hasn't got multiples of this one...

    ULTRA RARE!!
    = only found three of these at last weekend's booter

    UBER-RARE!!
    = only two copies turn up on ebay most weeks

    Here are a few more.....

    This type of sound is becoming very popular
    = I just can't find the records I want in the states anymore, so I am forced to buy up all of the things I'd previously dismissed as being too slow/too fast/too disco/tuneless second-rate tosh

    A big favourite of 'insert name of popular DJ here'
    = It was number 12 in their chart in the Straight No Chaser from Spring/Summer 1996 I was reading on the bog the other day.
