I like a few different types of records i suppose

Gospel 45s that you can dance to.
    80's african synthy LPs.
Fence and related Scottish stuff that's usually on cdr.
    Things with screaming.
I'm just looking at the recent arrivals pile and wishing i had a working record player, but one of the wee wires in the cartridge has snapped and is needing soldered.
    Hello. Welcome aboard

I think a lot on the board will like your mixes:

    Welcome Paul & Stephen...

Stephen I'm wondering if our paths may have crossed at some point... I know a couple of the fencers and a few folk around Crail. Mostly I'm wondering if you featured in a recent coffee table book on record collectors?

Either way consider yourself welcome in Edinburgh if you're ever over the water.

I've been lurking here for yonks but actually posted on a thread the other day so thought I'd better say Hello.

I'm mostly listening to jazz of some sort but also old Warp/Rephlex-y things, 90s indie, Japanese traditional music etc.

I collect records. I lurk on record forums and Discogs.
I live in the East Neuk of Fife so i rarely get to real life record shops anymore, but i used to, i promise.
    Thanks for having me.
Fife- that's the secret code for my bike lock. Damn! what have I just said. If it goes missing I'll know it's you. You need to get yourself over to the Gaelic Folk thread. I'd like to get involved in that but our charities don't bring forth much/any Gaelic stuff. Wilkommen on the site and Bonjour the noo- it's international, this site, you know.
