Hello, i'm new. I know my first name is Stephen.
I collect records. I lurk on record forums and Discogs.
I live in the East Neuk of Fife so i rarely get to real life record shops anymore, but i used to, i promise.
    Thanks for having me.

Hi, my name is Brent. I create a zine entitled "Psych Trail Mix." I recently put out my final issue #10, if you're into psychedelic music, this has loads of good material including an interview with TOMMY HALL of the 13th Floor Elevators. Tommy rarely does interviews, and I've been told this interview is the best interview EVER with Tommy. Info on how to order that here - http://www.verygoodplus.co.uk/showth...rvana-amp-more!

I'm also a massive HELIOS CREED fan from the acid-punk sci-fi psych band CHROME. I run a tribute site for Helios here - www.helioschrome.com

I LOVE psychedelic music - 13th Floor Elevators, Love, Kaleidoscope, Orange Alabaster Mushroom, Music Machine, Pink Floyd, Butthole Surfers, Helios Creed, Chrome, United States of America, Outsiders, Cold Sun, Skip Spence, Syd Barrett, Zombies, Small Faces, Hawkwind, Nik Turner

I dig other music too.. I love the old school punk rock, stuff like - Black Flag, TSOL, Weirdoes, X, Circle Jerks, Fang, Flipper etcetera etcetera.....

Hello everybody! I just found this forum, looks good. I'm always on the search of all kinds of interesting music. I grew up in the 80s with hard rock and all the other music you heard those days, then I got heavily into rockabilly, which later lead into country (mostly 20s-50s), folk (the older the better), skiffle, rhythm'n'blues, swing, cajun, doowop, 60s girl groups etc, also like a lot of stuff from the 70s and 80s (glam rock, hard rock/metal, new wave, folk rock, pop, even some punk rock). Vinyl records have always been my format of choice, ever since before CD's came.

    Here's a few favourites
Deaf School - Nearly moonlit night motel
Zombina and the Skeletones - Counting on your suicide
The Men they couldn't Hang - The rabid underdog
Dust - Pull away/So many times

Zed Bias - Neighbourhood for example

Where are you based Shere Khan?
Presumably that's the McCarthy Tim Gane was in before he formed Stereolab? If you've been out and about picking stuff up you need to get yourself down to the 'finds' thread. Nice to see Jake in your avatar. I'm in Suffolk; and that's where I try to stay.

Willkommen George; what are you listening to? Being in London you'll have access to emporiums us country types can only dream of so I'm guessing Thai Swamp Groove is your thing- bound to be with a name like George.

You're from Belgium- you can't help that- but you can spot an Alan Partridge reference and that, my friend makes you welcome at the table.
