I was introduced to Bert when I heard 'A Swinging Safari' being played as my local shopping centre's in-store music - I didn't know what it was at the time, but I stored the tune in my memory banks just in case. Then Ed Stewart played it one afternoon on Radio 2 - the mystery was solved. Didn't take too long to find a copy afterwards.
