just listening to "great film themes 2" on MFP, by the new hollywood orchestra. a few nice arrangements on there, in a late-60s "beautiful" flavour. who's behind this? and was any of their stuff used on the testcard?

Not sure, actually - any producer/arranger credits? Don't think any of it was used on the test card, but I can't say for definite.
