UK Hip-Hop. Now I'd be the first to say that I've never really been a fan. Not sure if it's the accent that doesn't translate, or the attempt at faking American accents in some cases, but as a Rap fan, it's always been American or nada for me.
Grime. Now is this simply a modern manifestation of UK Hip-Hop? Slightly too gangsta for my tastes, and often the beats are too caustic, too synthetic, never a boom-bap sample to be heard. But to be fair, it does sound more authentic.
So for me there are a few instances where a UK Grime MC has made a track that's hip-hoppy enough for me to enjoy it. Dizzee Rascal has done a few, and recently I heard this (above link) by a bloke called Trim. I don't know what half of the words he says mean, but that was the same when I first listened to NWA.
The beat is some 8-bit lo-fi dubstep influenced thing, and the vid looks authentically (there's that word again) real, off-the-cuff improvised. Basically, this is cool as fuck imo.

        Is it your dad..?
If you're looking for a pristine copy then this isn't the one for you. The vinyl looks like someone has polished their brickwork with it and the label has been ruined by some fool with a pen.

                • Michael Jackson Bad/Ghostbusters mash-up hilarity

Not sure if this is intentionally funny, it's hilarious either way.
I used to make stupid beatmixes like this in the 80s for fun.

Francoise Hardy singing La Maison Ou J'ai Gardin.

It helps that I love the song, but when Francoise sings the last verse (Le temps a passe et me revoila...), walking towards the camera, looking impossibly beautiful, I get goose bumps.
