  • On behalf of the family of Neil Suddes (Towny)

On behalf of the family of Neil Suddes, know to many on this forum as Towny, it is with great sadness that I have been asked to inform you that Neil passed away this morning, aged 41.

Neil and I were close friends for over 10 years and I don't know what else to say right now.
If you're looking for a pristine copy then this isn't the one for you. The vinyl looks like someone has polished their brickwork with it and the label has been ruined by some fool with a pen.

The worst news Ive heard in ages. Words fail me.

        RIP my friend.

When I compose myself, and can face up to listening to music I'll play "The crystal telephone" in his honor.

Shocking news. Some of the finest banter, best artwork - not to mention the sharing of some great music and mixes. I never met Neil - but wish I had. I shall put on his last swap mix which is a work of genius.

being relatively new here, i didn't have much interaction with him, but that is pretty shocking, so flipping young to go. sorry to all of you who knew him here, very sad business.

Terrible news. This board has had a huge hole torn out of it.
I met him briefly just once and his enthusiasm and decency shone.
                    Deepest sympathies to his family.

Like everyone I'm struggling to get my head round this at the moment so don't know what to say.

It was an honour to have known you Neil.
